The HEAT Program helps families in low-income households pay their bills during the coldest months of the year. We also offer crisis assistance year round. If you live in Salt Lake County or Tooele County and you need help with your heating costs, apply today.

Notice: The 2020-2021 HEAT utility assistance season is open. You can apply for utility assistance with online, phone appointment, fax, mail, or drop-off options available. If you have a 48-hour shut-off notice, please call 801-359-2444.
