This place is a joke. Someone’s 1:1 was cut short because the staff made a transaction error with the clients card and payment didn’t process, so the ended her session right in the middle of it - all over $20 that was their error.

Pomarri works with you threw your struggles. They give free coffee in the morning, fresh fruit, granola bars and other things for snacks I strongly recommend this place for treatment

❤️ This is the absolute best treatment program around! I actually enjoyed attending my group meetings. I love everyone who works there. I have been an addict for a very long time and this place has kept me sober. I graduated about six months ago, and I have remained sober. I highly recommend coming here. You won’t regret it. ❤️

Since choosing to end my relationship with Pomarri and Orem, I have made significant progress and am in a much better place in my life. They kept me trapped in addiction, continuously supplying me with prescription pills and ensuring I had refills. The director of the facility, whose name I won't mention due to a desist order, is solely motivated by money, engaging in deception and misrepresentation. I’ve spoken to five others who have been to this location and dealt with the same doctors—none of whom hold any PhDs or proper qualifications to prescribe medication. Their actions are essentially fraudulent. This place is not a center for recovery or wellness; it’s a snake pit—an office filled with lies and harm. Be warned: if you're seeking genuine help, avoid this place at all costs.

So far I have been attending Pomarri Treatment center for about a month at the Orem location. From silver creek to the Pomarri treatment this place is my “saving grace” . Every single person from what I can see really cares about each and every single client that walks through that door. I have been to a handful of treatments throughout my addiction and by far this one is the best. I literally look forward to coming to group!!! In a month I have learned so many crucial and valuable skills already, from coping skills, DBT skills and really life skills . I’m excited to see what the rest of my journey will be here but one thing is for sure if you are looking for a treatment that’s different from the traditional treatments that takes medicaid then give Pomarri a shot !!

This place has tremendously changed my life. I have tried other places.
For my substance abuse disorder only for all of them to fail. Discouraged but still hopeful I came to pomari. Where my life changed dramatically. They don't treat you like a number they treat you like a person that has an individualized plan just for you. With my individualized plan I have been clean for quite some time now and i'm currently a student at Utah Valley University. And finally succeeding and conquering my dreams Thank you , Pomarri for changing my life.

This program is amazing. I've gone to 4 or 5 different places trying to find what could help me stay sober. This time I found the Lord and really paid attention to anyone and everyone's experience and advise. Pomarri has different times to accommodate everyone's schedule. If you get sick or something happens that you can't make it to group they really work with you because they WANT you to succeed! I've been sober for two years on October 3rd and I give mad props to my savior the Lord Jesus Christ and Pomarri!! Couldn't have done it without them!

I first found Pomarri in 2016 and it truly helped me though one of the hardest times in my life. I am currently getting help again from them and honestly I don't know what I would do without them. Tara is so caring and goes above and beyond to help me and make you feel like you can do it. All of the staff here does. Coming to Pomarri is a bit of a drive for me so I know I could find help somewhere closer to home however I don't think I would have stayed like I do at Pomarri because of the kindness and caring you get from the people at Pomarri. I am truly so thankful for Pomarri.

I have done multiple Types of treatments in the past couple of years. And they all seem so repetitive and focus on substance abuse. Pomarri actually has figured out a way to treat my drug addiction by helping me learn about a variety of other factors, including, but not limited to things to do with my childhood trauma. The underlining reasons why I do the things I do and the classes are very positive and interactive. I’ve been going here for almost 4 months now. They make the process very smooth and easy. They are very friendly, kind easy-going, and the doctor in House helps with all of and any medications that might be needed to make a smooth, lasting transition into what I would consider a beautiful new outlook in life and a sober, spiritual loving Environment. Thanks for everything you guys do!!

This place is amazing. Now if your really ready and want to change your life around. Well you made the right choice by choosing pomarri. They saved my life. I've been throughout all the different ways to get clean, and none worked until I went to pomarri. I came with every drug I used and put it on the Dr's desk. Then I told them everything right and wrong. You have to be honest their not cops. But from that day I have never been dirty. They listened to me as a human not as a number. Also its not just the Dr's who helped me. It's their staff as well. Nicole is the absolute best person in the world. She can relate to our situation so theirs no judgements from the start. Also she's willing to go that extra little bit that most won't,don't want to. Nicole, jess&dr.king are just a few of the amazing people ive ever met. THANK YOU POMARRI!

Amazing and such an array of different treatment techniques with loving and caring & EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING "Staff", I prefer to call them family! My name is Isaiah Banks. I would like to recognize the major people in my life, Delilah Shayne Tara, the two big guys, the front staff women and the counselors that helped me overcome many obstacles. I hope that Utah finds a way to recognize this program as the greatest program I have ever been a part of and I’ve been a part of at least 15 to 20 and this was the only program that could get through to me a very special thanks too DR KING For recognizing the things I needed before things got out of hand without you and the other staff I could not tell you what would’ve happened to me. I’m looking forward to seeing you every month Dr. king I hope you see this and hope you know I didn’t see you just as a doctor, but I saw you as a friend And I can’t wait to start seeing you on a monthly basis at Silver Creek. It will be very soon. this coming from a man that never thought he would make it until a treatment center showed him how to straight up. PS Utah needs to get that monopoly away from Wasatch. I don’t know what they did to get it but they have it and they abuse it only for money they don’t care about their patients and I have seen this for more than two decades thank you POMARII with all the love in the world. Pomarri is great. It's full of people that actually care about you. They work with you to make sure you actually stay sober. If you relapse, they cate. They call. They do whatever they can to get you through it.. I would recommend this program to anyone struggling with addiction.

Pomari has been in my life for the past two years. I was a client before and now I came back and graduated. They are the most caring and supportive facility I've been to. The staff actually care and ask u what they can do to help you when you are struggling. They go out of their way to show love and support. While I was gone after my relapse two years ago my wife got a call months later actually asking if I was on and alive. That meant alot to me and is what made me want to come back and finish their program. They take a different approach to recovery and instead of focusing on our past they push us to make our better future. Tara is amazing and loving. Tim is the best theripist and teacher I've encountered. Ceven is an awesome peer support that pushes u to be 1% better each day and shows u how to recognize it as a win. Serena is the wonderful receptionist and Shani and Jared are an awesome medical team. If you want help to truly change your life and learn how to fight back against your addiction I would recommend pomari to anyone.

Pomarri saved my life. I am a single mother on probation with a 1-way ticket to prison hanging in the balance & they took the time to figure out what i needed personally to get clean and stay that way. I highly recommend Pommari. I have been to rehab a few times, but Pommari has always welcomed me back with open arms. They can be tough, they make sure you are going to groups and that you do your other requirements (like UA's and therapy etc...) but it is obvious that this treatment center is being run out of love for those who need help, they look at us like we are people and not cash checks. The last treatment center I went to, left me feeling horrible about myself and my future potential, now that I am back at Pommari I am starting to get hope again that the future might be/or is getting better for me.

The staff are amazing: Shainee is my rock, she is the women's caseworker and she has been essential for helping with my dcfs case and with my criminal case. Tara has been so kind and always does intake and she calls when she is worried about you and your progress. Ally at the front desk is so patient and kind to everyone and finally Dr.King he treats you like a normal patient not as an addict, it is so refreshing to be treated as a person again.

Pomarri is a great alternative recovery center for those who the 12 steps don't seem to work for them. I myself have to go through other recovery centers and different types of healing, but Pomarri offers the best medical staff that are very knowledgeable with addiction recovery and mental health disorders they will guide to a path were you can maintain sobriety on your own and with out any medication dependency. The staff are great, and the facilitators are excellent and knowledgeable. I'm grateful that I graduated from pomarri.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 very professional, clean facility and nice staff: just don't be even one minute late or your won't be able to
Test.The staff at Pomarri Orem are friendly can send me my results the same day. They promptly answered all my questions. Plus, their prices are very competitive and the cheapest in the Orem area. A fantastic experience overall!+ The receptionist Alley has been very helpful in emailing me old prior documents I needed.
